Consistently Exceptional Quality
We created and adhere to the IOR Quality System (“IQ System”) which is based on continuous improvement methodology and drives every aspect of our culture and performance. Our goal is to continuously evaluate ways to improve customer satisfaction, increase efficiency, reduce costs and consistently exceed our own high-quality standards. It is a never-ending cycle of change and improvement. Following the IQ System enables IOR to deliver consistently exceptional relocation services customized for each location across the globe.
Analyze
All evaluation results are monitored and compared with our established KPI targets. If any areas are not consistently exceeding our targets, we determine the root cause and make changes to improve our processes.
Improve
IOR’s management team regularly reviews the KPI data to identify trends and proactively implement actions to ensure improvements in service delivery. This enables IOR to move from corrective to preventive actions.
Define
We establish clearly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for every aspect of the relocation service delivery. We also partner with our clients to incorporate, measure and exceed their KPIs.
Measure
Client and assignee feedback is critical to improving our quality, and we incorporate an evaluation process for every program. We also solicit client feedback via our Annual Client Survey.

Giving back to the community is an important part of IOR’s culture. Our team members are committed to sharing their time, knowledge and resources with non-profit organizations. IOR provides all employees with one paid vacation day each year that can be used for donating time to a non-profit organization of their choice.
