IOR’s employees and consultants know international relocation. We truly understand, anticipate and help manage the nuances along the way - we’ve been there:

From our personal experience, we know this is an exciting, but often stressful, time your employee is about to experience.
When a Destination Services Program is authorized to IOR, our Client Services Managers serve as a single point of contact and respond to the client within 4 business hours. We communicate immediately with the employee via phone or email to introduce ourselves, explain the services that have been authorized and schedule a time to conduct an in-depth needs analysis. We strongly believe in up-front planning. We spend a little more time on the phone than other destination service providers because we want to collect all the information and avoid costly mistakes later on in the process.
We match highly-qualified Destination Services Consultants with your assignees based on the location, the needs analysis and your company’s requirements. The consultant then designs a customized program for the assignee and family. At the beginning of the program, the consultant provides a Welcome Packet and reviews the comprehensive daily agenda with the assignee. Each day our consultant works in the field with the assignee, she submits a status report to IOR. They are available throughout the entire process and can be contracted for additional phone support after the program has been completed.
Our Destination Services Consultants are passionate about delivering excellent service by establishing positive, supportive working relationships with expatriates and their families. IOR individually selects its Destination Services Consultants. It is not our practice to subcontract to other Destination Service Providers.
Finally, at the end of the program, a formal 360 degree evaluation is conducted and results are reported back to both the client and consultant.
