IOR eases the burden for relocating employees, relocation companies and global HR partners by providing Tenancy Management Services.  We provide support over the course of the assignment from payment of security deposits upfront to assistance with repair and maintenance on an ongoing basis. The services may include:

  • Upfront payment of first month’s rent and security deposit
  • On-going payments of rent and utilities
  • Assistance arranging for property repairs in compliance with lease terms
  • Arranging for other handyman or household maintenance services as requested
  • Providing ongoing phone support
