About How IOR Consultants Work Seamlessly with RMC Authorizers
A monthly series bringing you tips and best practices, covering the Relocation Industry’s biggest trends
subject (line) matters
Top Destination Services Consultants (DSCs) always include their signature block and appropriate subject line on EVERY email. We know that authorizers see hundreds of emails every day. Using subject lines that highlight the topic of the email saves valuable time. In addition, DSCs summarize texts and WhatsApp conversations, keep key parties in copy, and others in BCC if requested. We want to make sure that everyone is aware of what is going on within a program at all times.
adhere to key performance indicators
DSCs know that both IOR and their RMC partners have key performance indicators (KPIs) they need to meet during a program. DSCs make sure they are timely with their correspondence and reports, completing all authorized services requested as well as closing out their programs immediately upon completion. This allows our RMC partners to keep within their KPIs regarding invoicing and completed services.
it never hurts to ask for a great evaluation
IOR and our DSCs want to receive a great evaluation every time. We recommend that DSCs let the assignee know they will be receiving an evaluation about their support with the first email they send as well as their last. Their goal is complete satisfaction and receiving the highest score possible. DSCs are working tirelessly to support assignees in the field and behind the scenes and want to make sure everything goes smoothly. With positive feedback, high evaluation scores, and happy assignees, this is a winning outcome for all!
