Top Destination Services Consultants (DSCs) always include their signature block and appropriate subject line on EVERY email. We know that authorizers see hundreds of emails every day. Using subject lines that highlight the topic of the email saves valuable time. In addition, DSCs summarize texts and WhatsApp conversations, keep key parties in copy, and others in BCC if requested. We want to make sure that everyone is aware of what is going on within a program at all times.

We recommend that DSCs let the assignee know they will be receiving an evaluation about their support with the first email they send as well as their last. Their goal is complete satisfaction and receiving the highest score possible.
