IOR Global Services, Inc. (IOR) is excited to announce that Mercedes D’Angelo has joined the company as Senior Manager of Intercultural Solutions. Mercedes will be working closely with IOR’s Sales and Marketing team to consult with clients and develop Cultural Training and Global Talent Management solutions.
Mercedes comes to IOR with significant experience in the intercultural industry. Most recently, she was the Founder, President, and CEO of Naficy Consulting, which develops strategies and solutions that leverage companies’ diverse talent, create high-performing teams, and foment an intentional culture of inclusion. Mercedes has led global and regional sales teams and managed client relationships with various Fortune 500 companies and small startups. She is a regular presenter at national and international relocation and human resources conferences.
IOR is also pleased to announce the promotion of Rita Shulda to Senior Director, Global Training and Innovation. In this role, Rita will oversee IOR’s Language Training and Cultural Training businesses and continue to lead IOR’s technology and innovation efforts. Rita has managed IOR’s Language Training business for over five years.
