Missing Payment

Why didn’t I get paid?

If you did not receive payment, it is for one of two reasons:

1. You did not report your lessons correctly in Assignment Pro by the first of the month
2. You reported your lessons correctly, but your student did not approve the lessons in Assignment Pro by the fifth of the month

If you believe there is an error in your payment, please contact your Language Program Manager right away to correct the issue.
