Agata

Agata Paciora, MBA

Director of Language Training & Technology Solutions

Agata is responsible for managing IOR’s individual and group training programs for international assignees, families and children, as well as designing corporate group language training programs to improve verbal communication skills in a business setting. Agata joined IOR in 2013 from Seaton Corporation where she worked as a Client Support Specialist, recruiting for several client companies such as McKesson Corporation and Delta Airlines. Prior to that she worked for several companies teaching ESL, Advanced Grammar and Composition, and Spanish.

Born and raised in Chicago, Agata has traveled extensively, primarily to study cross-cultural dimensions in business in South America and Southeast Asia. Agata received her MBA from Loyola’s Quinlan School of Business with a specialization in International Business. She also holds a BA from Loyola University in International Studies, Spanish Language & Literature as well as Studio Art. Agata is trilingual in English, Spanish and Polish with basic competency in French and Arabic.

 

 

Rita

Rita Hess, M.A.

Senior Language Program Manager

Rita manages IOR’s individual, group, and corporate language training courses for international assignees, families, and children. Rita joined IOR in 2016 from Illinois State University (ISU) where she graduated with a Master of Arts in Spanish Linguistics and Pedagogy. As a graduate teaching assistant, Rita taught introductory Spanish to ISU students and participated in the course’s curriculum development team. She also has a certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages and taught English at ISU to various short term programs from Mexico and Panama.

Rita previously earned her Bachelor of Arts from Illinois State University in Spanish Language, Literature, and Culture with a minor in Italian Studies. As a part of her studies, Rita traveled to Spain and Ecuador, both as a student and volunteer. She is trilingual in English, Spanish, and Italian.

Lorrie

Lorrie Hardy, MBA

Talent Recruiter

Margaret (Lorrie) Hardy, is responsible for resourcing talent for IOR’s individual and group language training programs for international assignees, families and children.  Lorrie joined IOR in 2015 after completing a 2.5 year retirement sabbatical.  Lorrie comes from Abbott Laboratories where she worked in various functions ranging from financial to operations to project management. Lorrie’s work history includes employment with The Tenneco Corporation and Jordan, Woosley, Crone & Keaton LTD, CPA firm.  Her corporate experiences include international audit, an expatriate assignment to Mexico D.F., Mexico and managing international consultants; all of which is the underlying foundation of her hobby for international travel.

Lorrie has a Bachelor of Science from UW-Parkside, possesses C.P.A. credentials and holds an M.B.A. in International Marketing from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, DePaul University.  Lorrie is bilingual in English and Spanish.

 

 

Jenny

Jenny Rudnick, CPA

Director of Accounting

Jenny oversees all of the Accounting, Payroll and Human Resources functions of IOR. She joined IOR in 2012 following ten years in public accounting with Ballen & Co. in Lake Forest, IL.  Prior to that, she worked at a number of corporations including Moore Business Forms Inc. and Omron Healthcare in all facets of corporate accounting.  Currently, she is the outside accountant for a number of non-profit cultural organizations including the Lake Forest Symphony.

Born and raised in Chicago, Jenny has lived in England and Israel and has travelled extensively; including six months spent driving overland from Sri Lanka to Denmark. Jenny attended Connecticut College and Pomona University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
