- Diana Markovich has been promoted to Director, Global Client Solutions
- Rita Hess has been promoted to Director, Language Training
- Teresa Guitterez has been promoted to Senior Manager, Intercultural Training

In addition, IOR has strengthened its team with the hiring of two new Destination Program Managers, Janelle Gerber and Andrea Gullickson. Janelle joins IOR with more than 25 years of relocation experience in client services and operations for several leading relocation management companies. Andrea has been a Destination Consultant in Chicago and has worked with IOR for over 10 years.
