FOSTER CITY, CA – FEBRUARY 17 2016

Dr. Mark Frederick, Director, Global Talent Management, to Speak at BAMM

IOR Global Services is pleased to announce Dr. Mark Frederick, Director, Global Talent Management, will present at the sold out Bay Area Mobility Management (BAMM) Annual Conference on February 25, 2016 in Foster City, California.

During his presentation, Attracting, Developing and Retaining Talent through Global Rotations and Exchanges, Mark will discuss how leading companies are using global rotations and exchanges to create the workforce they need for high performance and innovation. Attendees will get a practical overview of how to design these types of programs as well as learn how to align with the key stakeholders internally to execute them.

“One of the most effective ways to integrate Talent Management and Global Mobility is through programs that offer rotations or exchanges to different international locations within an organization,” says Mark. “Many companies are increasingly using such programs to identify and develop their future leaders for succession planning.”
