IOR’s Global Talent Development department provides cultural training and coaching for expatiates and relocating families and assists global companies with selection and development of their global talent.  IOR provides Intercultural Training for clients in all 50 US States and in over 60 countries through a network of over 800 independent contractor trainers and consultants.

 

 

DESCRIPTION

The Intercultural Program Administrator (IPA) provides general administrative support to IOR’s Global Talent Development (GTD) Team to ensure the highest level of quality service to IOR’s global clients.  The IPA provides assistance to ensure critical details associated with GTD program delivery are captured at several stages of the programs.  This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week, based in our Northbrook, IL headquarters.

 

This position reports to the Senior Program Manager.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate the tracking of intercultural training programs
    • Record all program information in IOR’s proprietary account management systems (Gateway & IRMA)
    • Ensure client specific pricing and scope align with authorized services
    • Enter client required program information and close programs in client portals
  • Assist with preparing required client-specific reports
  • Interface with Survey Monkey to retrieve reports and evaluations, share feedback with consultants and clients, track negative and neutral evaluations
  • Trainer Resourcing Support
    • Align process and assist with trainer onboarding to ensure consultants are in compliance and can receive payment
  • Sales and Marketing support
    • Work with Marketing on GTD presentations
    • Assist with updating GTD website content and materials
    • Prepare reports for client meetings
  • Work on special projects, such as providing tech support for Webinars, updating IOR training materials and trainer information, and other projects as requested

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in professional business environment
  • Tech savvy; fluent in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Ability to learn proprietary and commercial software systems (Gateway, IRMA, Monday.com, Survey Monkey, Constant Contact) and other software tools
  • Conscientious and pays attention to detail
  • Strong team player, able to forge and maintain professional relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks that occur simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
  • International experience living/working abroad preferred

 

EDUCATIONAL

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Living/working/studying abroad experience is strongly preferred
  • Foreign language ability a plus
