All IOR translation staff members are bound by confidentiality agreements regarding the handling of sensitive personal data. Documents are stored on a secure server until the translation process is completed after which all document records are destroyed.

To facilitate the transition process, we suggest the pairing of translation service with IOR’s Destination Services. Using this service, an IOR Destination Counselor accompanies the expatriate and/or family to the appropriate office with the translated documents.

IOR uses a 3-step approach for translations to assure the highest quality and accuracy in the final product: translation, language review and proofreading. Our translators personally sign each document, attesting to and certifying its accuracy. Then a notary public notarizes each document adding an additional level of assurance.
