Culture in the Workplace questionnaire (CWq)

Assesses cultural value preferences to foster Intercultural Awareness for:

  • Employees: in preparation for international assignments
  • Teams: fosters intra-team cultural awareness to clarify team culture, strengthen team relationships and nurture more effective intercultural collaboration; prepares teams for working with other teams across cultures

Can be combined with cultural relocation training or coaching for multicultural environments.

Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory (ICSI)

Assesses communication style preferences to foster Intercultural Awareness for:

  • Teams or workgroups: clarifies culturally-influenced communication styles and their impact on collaboration; acts as tool for conflict resolution

The International Profiler (TIP)

Used in Intercultural Coaching to assess relative energy & attention placed on selected Intercultural Competencies for:

  • Employees: in preparation for or during international assignments or for coaching in lead roles in multicultural workgroups to determine what’s working and what’s not

Global Team Process questionnaire (GTPq)

Assesses team processes with respect to effectiveness of Team Functions for:

  • Teams: periodic snapshot of teams with respect to 6 team dimensions and comparison to database averages

Assesses 4 dimensions of preferred Work Style for:
