Assesses cultural value preferences to foster Intercultural Awareness for:

Employees: in preparation for international assignments
Teams: fosters intra-team cultural awareness to clarify team culture, strengthen team relationships and nurture more effective intercultural collaboration; prepares teams for working with other teams across cultures

Can be combined with cultural relocation training or coaching for multicultural environments.

Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory (ICSI)

Assesses communication style preferences to foster Intercultural Awareness for:
