Whether you are traveling for business or taking an extended expatriate assignment, doing business effectively often requires some level of proficiency in the language. IOR offers customized language training to help employees and their families achieve their professional and personal language goals.
Convenient and flexible. IOR provides language instruction nearly anywhere in the world.
Personalized attention. We teach one-on-one or in small groups. Training is customized to the specific needs of the learners, and the language trainer carefully monitors progress using IOR's 5-point scale of language proficiency.
Training in any language. IOR offers training in any language from Arabic to Zulu.
Curriculum is customized. We do not use a “one-size fits all” approach to curriculum or teaching methods. Our trainers use a variety of materials and methods to help learners build confidence in the language. A thorough needs analysis is conducted to obtain the learner’s goals, learning styles and needs. Specific industry and business language is included to make the language program as useful as possible.
