Personalized attention. IOR’s courses are taught one-on-one or in small groups. Training is customized to the specific needs of the learners, and the language trainer carefully monitors progress using IOR’s five-point proficiency scale.

IOR’s language trainers have significant teaching experience. IOR’s language trainers are native level speakers, and our English trainers have an advanced degree or certification in Teaching English as a Second Language.

Curriculum is customized. We do not use a “one-size fits all” approach to curriculum or teaching methods. Our trainers use a variety of materials and methods to help learners build confidence in the language. A thorough needs analysis is conducted to obtain the learner’s goals, learning styles and needs. Specific industry and business language is included to make the language program as useful as possible.

eGlobal Language reinforces learning. IOR provides a web-based blended learning experience that reinforces face-to-face language instruction. Our eGlobal Language activities offer adult learners the flexibility to complete the lessons virtually whenever and wherever they want. Learners receive both written and verbal feedback making the experience highly interactive.
