Building Cultural Competencies Throughout the Organization: China and India

Challenge: A global human resource professional association is expanding into China and India.  Because of its growing international membership base, the organization recognized a need for their 300 employees to become more aware of cross-cultural issues and build upon their cultural competencies.

IOR Program Solution: IOR was selected to develop a training program, delivered in groups of 25 to the entire organization, which focused on cultural issues and challenges that are relevant to their employees’ experiences abroad.
