IOR’s customized language lessons focus on developing the skills needed to be heard and understood when traveling on business or moving abroad. Whether our clients need virtual or face-to-face instruction in Arabic, English, Zulu, or nearly any language in between, IOR’s experienced teachers work with employees and their families to advance their communication skills in the new language. IOR’s Methodology: A Customized Approach

IOR does not use a “one size fits all” model of teaching. Our language trainers use a variety of materials and methods to help students build confidence and fluency. We conduct a thorough needs analysis and language assessment to identify the student’s level. When matching a student with one of our teachers, we take into account the student’s learning styles and personal needs and goals, as well as his or her schedule.

Qualified and Engaging Teachers

IOR’s language teachers have significant teaching experience as well as native-level fluency. Many instructors have specialized certifications or advanced degrees in language instruction, such as TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). In addition, many have years of experience teaching internationally and studying a foreign language themselves. In addition, the online supplement option is available to promote independent learning any time and advance language skills more quickly.
