IOR Announces Management Promotions

IOR Global Services (“IOR”) announces three management promotions that enhance and strengthen the company’s leadership team.  Kendra Mirasol has been promoted to President; Denise Ryan to Director of Global Destination Services; and Suzy Leinbach to Director of Client Services.  IOR’s growth has created career advancement opportunities for its team.  The company’s talent management strategy is to promote from within, whenever possible, and to recognize and reward the outstanding performance of the team.

Kendra Mirasol joined IOR in 2006 and served most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.  Kendra has implemented operating improvements that have increased quality and enhanced efficiency.  She has worked closely with the sales team to drive the growth of the business and manage key client relationships.  Kendra is a thought leader in the industry and has presented at numerous industry events in 2011 including International Executives Resources Group, Canadian ERC and SHRM Diversity & Inclusion conferences.  In 2010, Kendra invested in the acquisition of IOR from its previous owner and holds an equity position in the company.

Denise Ryan has been with IOR since 2003.  She has held a number of roles including serving as Youth Trainer in the Intercultural Training Group, Language Program Manager, Business Development Manager, and most recently Director of Client Services.  In her role as Director of Global Destination Services, Denise is responsible for managing the global DS Consultant network, working closely with the Client Services team to continuously improve program quality and drive the growth of the business.

Suzy Leinbach joined IOR’s Intercultural Training team in 2005 and became a Client Services Manager in 2009.  She is responsible for maintaining superior program delivery and client satisfaction for Destination Services and Intercultural Training programs throughout the world.   Suzy is overseeing the implementation of Gateway, IOR’s proprietary on-line assignee management system.  Suzy also manages IOR’s Global Resourcing team, which recruits and trains consultants across the globe.
