Pro Bono Intercultural Training for Non-Profits
International business executives and expatriates are not alone in facing the challenges of working in a multicultural environment. Non-profit organizations are increasingly providing services to diverse populations and working with multicultural teams.
IOR offers its expertise to non-profit organizations interested in providing cross-cultural awareness and skills development programs to their staff, volunteers and boards of directors. Our organization is built on the belief that greater intercultural awareness, coupled with the opportunity to develop the skills needed to interact effectively across cultures, leads to greater productivity. We hope that we can make a difference at non-profit organizations by leveraging our core strengths and knowledge in intercultural training and development.

Recent IOR Pro Bono Initiatives - IOR & UMOJA
Every day, IOR Global Services works with companies experiencing cultural challenges. Whether it's part of an international merger bringing together national and corporate cultures, or colleagues that communicate virtually but struggle with one another's styles.Now IOR is very pleased that as part of our non-profit initiative we are working with Chicago-based UMOJA Student Development Corporation to help their diverse staff continue to develop the skills to talk about and to bridge cultural difference.
